Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

They told me that they would make sure any of the treatments that they sent me to,they would negotiate to get the fees lowered and any hospital bills or doctors that i went to on my own, i could let them negotiate that too. that is why i was under the impression that i could chose not to pay the bills in which i picked the hospital or chiropractor/doctor right away but at a later date if i wanted

This sounds like a follow up question. If I recall you had an attorney. If so, you should speak with them. If not, then you need to go meet with an attorney right away.
