Are the traffic cameras in Broward County Still not enforceable?

The law is constantly changing in this area. There was a case that disallowed many cameras including Broward. However, there is still no case declaring the law unconstitutional. I suggest you contact a traffic attorney in Broward to find out the latest status of the law there.
