Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
traffic court ticket
I was parked (sitting in car) off the pavement,side of the road, facing opposing traffic;
The ticket states : Improper parking in roadway- police wit.: vehicle was parked in middle of roadway facing ongoing traffic(!)
I am a cautious driver do not have any past tickets.I would never park in middle of road.
Thank you for your feedback about when I go to court
how to state my case
I am on disability and barely get by

Re: traffic court ticket
Sounds like you should not state your case. It sounds from what you are saying that you got a ticket for what you where doing. You may just want to ask for reduced fines or a longer period to pay.
