I was driving with expired license.
Went to cort and the judge dismiss
the case.
Now I am have another hearing for
''Defedent's Request to Capias and or
Reset Arraigment''
what is this?

It sounds as if you asked for the arraignment to be reset. You need to call the clerk of the court and discuss this with them. It may be a clerical error if the ticket has already been dismissed.
