Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Traffic Law - DWLSK - Hab
I was pulled over after the police ran my plates. The officer arrested me for driving with suspended/revoke license as of 12/24/07, I recently moved from Port St. Lucie. I had no idea my license was suspended/revoked. I given a choice of probation ormy license being suspended in November, so I took suspended. Now not only do I have a court date looming over me I have a violation of probation. What can I do?
