Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
During a traffic stop asked to search mt car and I refused. Afterwards, canine unit was called yet i confessed before they arrived and found 2 grams of cannabis and a pipe in my car. They gave me a court date. Should i plead guilty then, if not, what should I do?
