Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Traffic ticket.... the officer said I had my grandson five years old, in the front seat and he climbed over seat after I saw him.. No I didn't and I tried to explain he said he didn/t want to hear it. he knows what he saw. I'm sorry but I don't practice that front seat riding.
I prayed about it as far as paying for the ticket but that would admit guilt so I decided to ask for a court date. please tell me what I need to do to convince who ever I go in front of. thank you

You can only do what you said, and that is to go to court and tell the court. It would also be helpful if you had an attorney to cross examine the officer.
