How do I get a transcript of a 911 call made in Orlando, Florida?

You should be able to call the Orange County Sheriff non-emergency number and tell them what you need. They will connect you to, or give you the number for the communications department. They can provide you with a copy of the tape if you have the date, time, location, and possibly the police case number.
