Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

i was transporting a vehicle for my employer from our repair shop to a location for customer pickup using a fl transporter tag. i was pulled over by dot for no reason other than having the transporter tag on the vehicle which is legal. is that a lawful stop? is the ticket she issued for driving an unregistered vehicle legal?

I would need more information to know if it was "legal" or not. However, the stop was probably lawful. DOT have the right to stop someone if they reasonably suspect that a vehicle's registration, tags, etc., are not correct. It should also be noted that almost all registration charges are criminal charges, so it is crucial to get an attorney.
