Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I understand before anyone can place a tow tag on a vehicle.
The tag must be visible from the passage side not on the driver side window and partially stick on.
My landlord place the tag completely on my vehicle and on the driver side I can not drive with that sticky tag on my window.
There has to be a law stating where to properly place the tow tag.

You should read chapter 322 of the Florida statutes for specifics of your situation. You can also hire an attorney in your area to review your situation to make sure you are in compliance.
