31 over posted speed in the state of florida. Can I pleade no contest?

Hello: 'Just read your question. As you probably saw on your ticket, if you go 30 mph over the limit, you have to make a court date. Once there, you can plead no contest. If you don't have a bad prior record with tickets, you may still get the court to decide to "withhold adjudication of guilt". This means no points will be assessed. I have had a couple of clients with these charges in a couple of counties in No. Fla. and we got withholds. The court did increase the fine and in one case ordered driving school.
