Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
(vehicle 1) A truck was overturned on I95 and the driver received a ticket for an opened container and was named first on the FHP report. (vehicle 2) Another vehicle tried to stop, but it had been raining, the vehicle slid and hit the overturned vehicle. Who is responsible for the damage to the second vehicle?
