Violation for driving under a restricted license

I got a ticket for driving under my hardship license in FL. I didn't get arrested. What is it that I'm facing. This was in April and in May I was suppose to get my normal license back,

Re: Violation for driving under a restricted license

The charge is a Misdemeanor and you are technically facing jail time.

With a good defense you should be able to avoid any jail time.

Why was your license suspended in the first place? And,

what exactally did they say that you were doing that was outside of your restrictions?

If you would like to discuss this further feel free to give me a ring, my office is here in South Florida where I previously worked as a prosecutor.

Take care,
