Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If I wanted to mount and audio/video recording device in my car to record traffic stops:
1) Is it legal to record a traffic stop?
2) Do I need to disclose to the officer that he/she is being recorded?
3) Can it be used as evidence in court?

It is legal, but they need to know they are being recorded for sound purposes. A video, without sound, does not need permission. With permission and/or video only, it is admissible.
