Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My wife went to court with fake insurance documents to get out of a fine. The charges were dismissed and then a few weeks later she was reissued the ticket to appear in court again on the same driving without insurance. What will she most likely face?

She needs to talk to an attorney right away. It is very possible she could be facing a felony for presenting false documents in court. It may not end up being that serious but she should not do anything else without representation or else she may make it worse for herself.
