Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was wondering my licenses has been suspended for 4 years now. A man has put the lean because of an accident that happend in 03 or 04. I was wondering what i could do to get my license back because the cop that came to the accident showed no damamge to either vehicle. What do i do now?

You contact the DMV and they will give you a release form. You can also get a release directly from them and if necessary work out a payment plan so that you can get your license back. Only a release or bankruptcy will release this lien.
