Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Wreck?
I have CDL License and on 10/03/07 I was ina wreck and charge with improper lane change. Is there anyway to keep the points off my record? or beg the judge to let me to go to a traffic school to keep the points off?

Your CDL license is your meal ticket. You should not gamble with it. Retain an experienced traffic attorney who should be able to keep the points off of your record if the record is not "too bad". The cost is minimal for the value you will receive.
