Legal Question in Veterans Law in Florida
VA Individual Unemployability
I am a Viet Nam veteran I have been rated at 80% by VA due to agent orange complications. If I own a small business which is incorporated, will my corporate income (and sometimes an annual loss) by considered to determine my 100% IU disability?

Re: VA Individual Unemployability
If you are employed, which apparently you are, and if you are working or able to, then you probably would not be eligible for IU. Do you have a medical opinion that says you are unable to work? If I were you, I would try to get increases on what you are already service connected for and get to 100% that way. But this is just one lawyer's opinion.
