Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am the 96% benificiary of my mom's trust. The trustee who is also the attorney for the trust has stolen all of the money (less legitimate expenses) from the trust. He filed bankruptcy without my knowledge (I was never notified). Do I have any recourse to recover the misappropriated funds?

Based only on the allegations in your inquiry, any trust beneficiary who does not receive a fair share of the residuary property may assert such rights in probate court. A review of the case details and estate administration with an experienced attorney is advised.
