What Happens Now?

I am 18.. I just recently lost my father in a accident..He had no will..I need to know who gets his property? Is it the children?

Yes. His estate must be probated and a personal repesentative appointed to continue the lawsuit.I handle these types of matters. Good luck.

If there is a wife, she shares in the estate. If no wife, the estate is divided between the children.
