Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

in 1994-15years ago i was arrest and tryed for a felony crime in fla, i was then put on probation. in this same year i went to ohio and now liveing here in ohio. fla now has a warrent out for my arrest but will not come and get me in ohio If i was to be in FLA then they will arrest me. i got on S.S.I here in ohio then 6 years ago S.S.I stop payments on my checks until the warrent is lifted off of me . i became a diabets in march of 2010 i take pills and insulin. i am not working and have no money to go back to FLA. can this case be moved here? and can I go to jail? if so for how long? and how will they take care of my diabets meds in jail? sign dont know
