12 years of marriage
My husband and i have been married 12 years living off of his retirement money, just recently he put the mojarity of his monies into a annunity and put his grown children as the benifiaries and also made a will leaving it to them. What happens to me at his death if i'm still living?

This can get complicated and you should see a lawyer. Generally speaking, he has control over the property that he brought to the marriage and he can do what he wants with it. In Florida, though, a wife is entitled to an amount and a percentage of the estate upon a Husband's death regardless of what the will says (with rare exceptions). You should sit down with a probate attorney to get this explained to you so you know how to best protect yourself. Do not delay.
