Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am 67 years old and thinking of marrying a man who has lots of debts on two houses.Plus more bills. Would I be responsible for these bills(nothing in my name)or would his estate if he passed away? Also burial, would I be responsible for his burial or family? All his ins money is in his kids names. He left me life lease all bills paid.
