Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Im 20 yrs old and need some help.

My Grandfather has past away he was my guardian . Both him and my Grandmother has past away. I have no access to his will because my Aunt will not give it to me.Before passing my Grandfather told me the house and other things where in my name. My Aunt is not coperating with me at all I have no money at all to even begin to try and recover this money , property or such. What can I do please help me. Sorry I am so ignorant about my steps. I have lived a hard life for my age and have no formal training in any of these procedures whatsoever. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I hope someone can steer me in the right direction. I have limited resources I utilize the Public Library when I can to access the internet.

The will must be filed in the local court after someone dies. If she refuses, the court will require her to file the will. If the property is in yor name, that can be determined by searching the property appraiser's site for the county in which the property is located. It is available on the internet.
