How does one access a revocable trust as far back as 1996, and where would I find out where it is. The is a attorney or law firm listed on a will that I pulled from Probate.

It is not public record. Unless you are a beneficiary of the trust you likely are not entitled to a copy. You can start by contacting the attorney listed on the will.
