i want to add an addendum to my will. can i just write it up and have it notarized? Thanks , Nancy

You want to do what's called a codicil. It needs to be executed with the same formalities as a will, according to Florida law. The requirements for execution of a codicil to a will can be found at Section 732.502, Florida Statutes.
