A. Clearly mark your belongings with your initials
or SS# or other identifying mark. Your father's
estate does NOT include your property or assets.
You need to be able to show the item is yours and
not your fathers.

fear of losing my belongings
In addition to marking the possession that are yours I would
recommend that you and your father have a will made.
A simple will would suffice and could help clear up
any misunderstandings of what propety belongs to
whom. If you are in my area, please call for a
free consultation and I can give you a quote for a
simple will.
