Age for Required Accounting

At what age do the Florida trust accounting rules require a trustee to give accountings?

In general, a beneficiary of a trust is entitled to an annual accounting and is also entitled to receive a response to reasonable requests regarding the administration of a trust(including assets in the trust and the manner in which the trust is being administered). Age really does not matter. You should make a specific written request to the current trustee for the information (including requesting a copy of the current trust instrument).
