I asked a question this A.M. and got answer all ready my scret access key is nGgzFuC60o ......Lesly Longa returnded the answer maybe I wasn't clear about the order of things.........................When I purchased the home I was a unmarried man

and it is was homsteaded at that time, the marriage came later.I hope this clears

up the order events up. I am very sorry for my my mistake.

If you were unmarried at the time, then it was not a tenancy by the entirety, so the house will not pass to your wife by survivorship. Still, if the attorney was not licensed in Florida or you question his judgment, you should have a Florida attorney review the will. I hope that fully answers your questions.
