Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Assets to Testamentary Trust

My late husband left a will that indicated setting up a testamentary trust for my benefit when he passed away. (He passed away a few months ago). The remains of the ''trust'' are to be divided between his sons when I pass away. However, all our assets were either held in Joint Tenant WROS accounts with me, and he named me as his beneficiary on life insurance, IRA's, bank accounts, and an annuity. Can I be forced to place these assets in a ''testamentary trust''? We also owned our house together.
