Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Can an attorney with hold money for a cpa to do the taxes next year for an estate without the clients permission? I dont see why we should pay someone a thousand dollars to a job that can be much cheaper.

It is appropriate to withhold money to pay for services that need to be done. Discuss with the attorney the amount.

If you have someone who can achieve the same results for less then inform your attorney of that person/firm.
