background on brother in law
30 plus years ago my brother in law was place in a mental hospital and they gave him some sort of drug which affected his brain to which he is unable to work how can i get him on disability btw this happened in the state of florida and he now lives with my husband and i in california

Yes. He may qualify for Social Security disability depending on his prior work experience. Social Security has local offices that are very helpful.
