Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

In a Basic Shared Living Trust you usually have a Schedule A - Shared Property and then sometimes Schedules B & C for Wife's or Husband's Separate Property. Instead, can you have a Schedule B titled - Deceased Spouse's Property so that the item listed there can be given at the first spouse's passing, regardless of which spouse passes first.
