Beneficiaries Legal Rights

What documents am I entitled to as a beneficiary? I lost my great-granmother almost 11 yr ago and The great grandchildrens trust was to be individualized when I the oldest turned 30, which I did on the eighth of August 02. In all these years I haved never received a statement, even though they have been requested. Basically I want to know if I can request back statements, original accounting, copy of will,final accounting,She left a 2.6 mil estate,10 years ago they said my trustwas at 138,000 and now it is down to 120,000. Just trying to get the facts.Please Help!!

You need to be representd by an attorney who can obtain a copy of the trust agreement and speak to the trustee. Legal action against the trustee may be necessary. Call me to discuss this matter further if you want representation. Good luck.
