Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Beneficiaries Rights?

Does a beneficary have any rights? The estate has been handled very poorly by the executor. We have not received any documents and found out there was a release of real property filed. We know funds were taken for personal use and alot of money being dumped into the house. We want the house sold as does another sibling. 3 want to wait until next summer. Is there anything we can do before all of the money is gone?
