Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

beneficiary not only husband which form to use

I'm trying to do a will on line. I'm married, no children and have a prenuptial. I have a property and a car my only assets. I want to leave it all to my parents and to others (what is left after the sale of the property and my debts paid aprox 200k). what kind of will do I need? and is it possible?

Re: beneficiary not only husband which form to use

Yes it is possible but it must conform to your pre nup. Any simple will form is ok but it must be executed properly. You can obtain a form on the internet, library or at a stationary store.
