My beneficiary is not related. I have a lot of personal debt. Will she be responsible for paying that debt

No. Your debts will be paid out of the assets of your estate. If you debts are greater than the assets of your estate, your beneficiary will not receive any property from you, but she will not be liable for your debts solely because of her status as a beneficiary.

No. She does not receive anything, though, until the debts are paid from the estate -- assuming the creditors file a claim (many may not).
