Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I am a beneficiary of a trust. It has come to my attention that the trustee intends to defraud one of the other beneficiaries.
Can't go into details but my question is: if this fraud is later discovered and I didn't speak up because of threats, am liable too under the law?
