I am a beneficiary of a trust my mom has kept from me and been using for her own personal gain.

How old are you? If you are an adult - it will depends on what the trust states as to final disbursement - you may certainly ask for an accounting of the assets. I suggest you get an attorney if your are an adult and request an accounting of the assets before they are all gone.
