Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
In breach you say everyone can be sued so another attorney that's taking down the attorney and the PR that are in breach how does he get paid out of the estate or through the lawsuit or through the bond how does the attorney helping the other beneficiaries get paid through the breach ? thank you

If the attorney has transgressed he can be liable as well. If you are hiring a new attorney you are responsible for paying the new attorney.Sometimes an attorney will handle this based on a some recovery and sometimes the attorney can be paid for getting a benefit to the Estate. It entirely depends on the facts involved in your case. Seek some actual legal help with all your papers and let an attorney assist you.
