Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
There is a US brokerage account for a foreign individual, who has deceased. The beneficiaries, determined by court in the individual's home country, now want to open up an estate account in the US. Can the executor be the beneficiaries or the attorney assigned to the case, in their home country, when opening up the US estate account, to later have the assets moved over?
