Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Currently my brother has a bank account of my mothers in trust to him. My sister and I have an older dated signed will of my mother. If mom does, does my brother get all the money?

Hard to answer this with any certainty without seeing the bank account. The beneficiary of the trust will receive the funds upon death. The will only controls assets owned by the decedent at time of death. It would not include trust funds that transfer at death to a beneficiary
