Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my brother died 4 months ago. he worked for at@t. he had no will. he had a cash pension with at@t. for some reason they are being stubborn with my mom and dad about what is going to happen with the pension.. he was divorced 3 weeks before he died. i have also filed for probate in florida. to be named his personal rep. for his estate. my question is does at@t legally have to release info to me about his pension once they know and have the proper papers about me being named the personal rep.. its very upsetting to his mom and dad. he was only 57.

Your problem is that the wife was probably the named beneficiary. Legal action may be required.
