Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My brother and I are listed as co-executors in my father's will. My brother and I had a falling out years before our father passed. I removed myself from administering the estate due to my brothers hostility, lying, and not doing anything in a timely manner. The estate is about to be closed and I provided the lawyer with a list of my expenses while we were administering the estate, as did my bother. Once I saw the amount that my brother claimed, I brought up the concern regarding how he arrived at that figure. I was told by the lawyer that everything is in order and to not concern myself with what my brother does. In that e-mail I noticed that my correspondence with the lawyer was CC'd to my brother. I then reviewed previous e-mails and saw that all responses from the lawyer regarding conversations between me and the lawyer were cc'd to my brother. I was never cc'd on their correspondence. I had also questioned why my brother took the appliance from our father's home when the home was listed and to be sold with the appliances and the buyers received compensation for those appliances missing at closing. Was/is the lawyer permitted to share my e-mails with my brother? I handled the estate for 13 months and my brother for 5 months, there is no possible way that he incurred so many expenses when I was paying the bills, headstone, and court fees for filing. How do I demand that the lawyer show me what my brother is claiming? I am concerned since my father's debt is not being paid, no taxes are being filed and I fear that my brother is falsifying expenses that I could be held liable.

object to closing the file first and foremost. Ask for an accounting and YES HIRE YOUR OWN LAWYER - IT WILL BE PAID FROM THE ESTATE..
