Brother Passed Left No Will

I need to know if I have any right to my brother's estate.

He was divorced with a 19 year old son.

There was no will at the time of death and I am the only surviving member of his immediate family.

My x-sister-in-law has already seized the 2 homes,bank accounts,vehicles and everything else.

What can I do to stop this?
