Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My Brother passed away with no will. Owns no property other than a vehicle worth $10,000.00 and 43 guns. I have two other sisters. Who is entitled to this property?

Your brother's wife and/or children first. Then, to each of his siblings equally. If the estate has creditors, they may have claims to the property, and the estate may need to be probated.

It will pass according to state law. You need to probate the estate in the county where he resided, and then the estate will be divided. Regards,
