Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
can my brother or sister.who are beneficiary also.got a attorney.could they remove me from a trust.or take 1/3 each of what our mother left us.there attorney is keeping me in dark.not answering my call or e-mails.what do i do.i dont trust them.thank you for your reply!

Though there has to be a legal reason, yes a Trustee can be removed.
If your attorney is unresponsive to your needs, you have the right to seek other representation. As Trustee, you have the right and responsibility to hire those needed to carry out the terms of the trust.
