buy motorcycle from brother in laws estate

My brother in law passed this last week. His daughter is the executor to his estate. He has a will. He has a motorcycle that his daughters want to sell to me. Can they sell it to me.

Once they get the probate estate opened, there should be no reason why you could not buy it.

Onced the Personal Representative has been appointed by the court, she can sell.
