Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
For calculating distribution of personal representative fees from an estate how accurate do I need with respect to determining the exact value of the estate? DOes the values of the assests be from the date of death for financial values such as stocks, bank accounts, etc. The estate is being probated out of Florida.
