Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am a Canadian citizen now living permanently in Florida. Is my Cdn Will, P/A etc valid in the U.S.A. My husband is a U.S. citizen but has a Cdn Will, etc, are these valid now that he is back in the U.S.

It entirely depends on the wills and whether they meet the formalities required by Florida. Best to have them reviewed by an attorney. NO blanket answer will help you.

I agree with the above statement. See a local attorney and have him look over the documents and see if they comply. I'm thinking with such a large change in your life there will also need to be codicils/amendments that need to be done at the very least. Hope this helps.
